Spencer Brown's YouTube channel 'TheAthleteSpecial', which is named after a breakfast option at a diner, is a channel I have watched for most of my life. The sub-4-minute miler, posts training videos all over the United States and you can watch the journey of him growing as a runner, trying out new training techniques, and getting faster.
I highly recommend you watch his 'sub 4 story' which is like a mini-documentary, where he breaks down his progression throughout his whole running career up to the point he broke 4 minutes for the mile.
